What the work is
VIP Escort Amsterdam is a small agency: fifteen companions, chosen on purpose, and a small team that runs it. Our clients are mostly business travellers and visitors staying in Amsterdam's better hotels, and couples. A typical booking is two to four hours: a dinner date, an evening at a hotel, an event where a client would rather not arrive alone. Some companions also take overnights and travel bookings; none is obliged to.
The work is companionship first. Conversation, presence and reading a room matter more than looks, and the companions who do best with us are the ones clients want to book again because the evening was easy.
What you earn
Our rates are public, on every profile and on the pricing page: three tiers, each with a rate for two hours, longer bookings, dinner dates and overnights, so you can see exactly what a client pays before you apply. Which tier you are placed in is agreed with you at the intake and reviewed as your bookings and reviews grow.
You keep the larger share of every booking, you are paid per booking, and there is nothing to pay us up front: no registration fee, no photoshoot fee, no listing fee. The agency's share covers screening, marketing, the photoshoot, the website and the person who answers the phone at two in the morning.
How much you make in a month depends on how often you choose to be available. Companions who work two evenings a week alongside a job or a degree earn a substantial second income; the ones who work with us full-time earn a very good living. We will not put a number on "average" because there is no average companion.
How clients are screened
No booking is confirmed until we know who the client is. Before your first meeting with a client we have his name and phone number, the hotel and room or the home address, and — for anyone we have not met before — a confirmation that he is who he says he is. Anonymous bookings do not exist here.
We keep a list of clients we do not work with, built from our companions' experience over the years, and anyone who is rude, unsafe or does not respect a boundary joins it the same day. Regular clients, who are most of our bookings, are people we know.
Your safety
- ✦Check-in and check-out. You message us when you arrive and when you leave. If we do not hear from you, we call; if we cannot reach you, we act.
- ✦Someone on the phone, always. One of us is reachable at every hour you are working. Not a call centre — the people who run the agency.
- ✦You can say no. To any booking before it starts, and to anything during it. Ending a booking early is always your call and never a problem with us.
- ✦Transport. We arrange a car to and from bookings outside the centre and late at night.
- ✦Health. Safe practice is not negotiable, for you, for the client and for us. A client who asks otherwise is off the list.
Your anonymity
You work under a name you choose. Your real name, address and phone number are known only to the people who run the agency; clients never receive them. On your profile your face can be shown, partly hidden or blurred — your choice, and you can change it. Photos you send with your application are seen by us alone and deleted if you decide not to join.
Discretion runs both ways: we will not confirm to anyone that you work with us, and we ask the same of you about our clients.
Legal and practical
Escort work is legal in the Netherlands, and an agency needs a municipal licence to operate. We reply within 48 hours, meet you within a week, and most new companions take their first booking two to three weeks after applying — after the intake, the photoshoot and a profile you have approved.
